Dr. Marilyn Solsky, MD

I have been seeing dr Solsky for over 8 years. She is a great doctor who cares about her patients and won’t stop looking for answers till she can help you. She really cares about helping find answers

She sits & talks about what is happening Through, she is one of the few doctors I have been to that actual takes an interest in her patient .

My visits are always helpful and productive. I always get a call to know when to come to my appointments so I won't wait too long. I always try to remember that she's just one doctor doing almost everything on her own. She has to finish recording the data for the previous patient before seeing the next one. I love the fact she's just one text/phone call away. None of us are perfect, so I focus on the excellent quality of care she gives and that's the reason why we all go to her. So 5 stars!

Count on appts always being 1-2 hours late (even though she’ll say she’s working on it). If you leave due to her running late and in my case bad weather, she will call and scold you for leaving. Her knowledge of anything is quickly overshadowed by her lack of organization and bedside manner. I went to her for over 3 years for several reasons including Fibromyalgia. I started realizing her appointments were putting me flares from the stress of waiting, never knowing her mood, and the feeling of walking on eggshells around her. Since that time she has refused to release my medical records to me. I have offered to pay her inflated prices for medical documentation but she will not even respond with an amount. This has put my disability case off for an additional 8 months… & counting. I would highly recommend anyone other than Dr Solsky, especially if you’d like access to your medical information.

Why schedule appointments if you know you consistently run 2hours behind (per her OWN STAFF). This is not okay. My time is valueable also. Grrrr.

Where do I even begin with Dr. Marilyn Solsky? There's nothing more nerve wrecking than going to a new specialist. I was almost instantly put at ease by Dr Solsky. What a Kind soul she is. With the compassion and understanding she brings to appointment, it's just a wonder how she does it. Her knowledge is unending. Her Attention to detail and caring for you as a whole not just her "piece of the puzzle" You don't find Dr's like her nowadays. I was simply blown away.

Dr. Solsky truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to figure out what is going on, discusses treatments in detail, and follows up. She is a rare find in the medical world and I would recommend her to everyone.

After years of suffering and bad treatments, Dr Solsky saved my dad’s last years of life. With patience and understanding of RA devastation, she experimented new methods and, it worked. I’m very grateful to her and I miss her here in Los Angeles. I’m getting older too and I need a good rheumatologist.

Highly recommend, very knowledgeable and helpful, caring and very thorough. Hard to find kind nowadays. Will spend the time necessary to get your answers!

I had my initial appointment and after waiting for almost two hours in the waiting room, I left the office.

I had my initial visit with her. Very impressed with how she treated me and answered my questions.

Dr. Solsky helped find answers for my daughter who has had joint pain for over 11 years. I had taken her to many doctors who were unable to give her relief. Dr. Solsky was thorough, kind, and knew exactly what to do. My daughter is now more pain free than ever. I recommend Dr. Solsky to anyone in search of answers. You may have to wait to see her, but she will spend enough quality time with you to make any wait worthwhile!

I had my first visit with Dr. Solsky today and I was very pleased. I was nervous and didn't know what to expect and she was warm and friendly and made me feel comfortable. She listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. She didn't make me feel rushed or like she was in a hurry to wrap things up. She was able to quickly diagnose my autoimmune issues, and now we're just waiting on more testing to be done. I would highly recommend her if you're looking for a top-notch rheumatologist!
