I have the good fortune of being a patient of Dr. Michaud since 1996. A professional who cares.

Dr Michaud listens, discusses your plan of care, provides you with the tools and information you need regarding your health. She is compassionate, cares about her patients, and spends quality time each and every visit. Dr Michaud is accessible, and returns messages in a prompt and timely manner.

I have known Dr Michaud for at least 10 yrs as my Primary Physician, and would say she’s exceptional having the many traits one looks for in a Primary. She exudes energy, is happy to see you again and eager to hear your problems & work towards a solution , and is very bright.. She listens carefully, asks more questions, reviews other medical literature you might share without being threatened.A plan is formulated, which might include t self care & education, needed medications, labs & imagery. Then she sits down and asks about your life & family, concerns, then”How are you really feeling?” Dr Michaud if full of warmth and compassion. I would not hesitate in recommending her to others.

My husband and I have both seen Dr. Michaud for 25 years. She is an amazing Doctor. Dr. Michaud takes time to listen to your concerns and helps you address these problems.

The Frist Clinic is FABULOUS! I see Dr. Michaud and she is the BEST!! Regardless of who you see, all the staff, including the front office, is TOP NOTCH! They are nice - which is a big requirement for me. They are courteous and professional and always nice. I have never had anyone there from the front office or lab or doctor or nurse ever be rude. They are all great.

Although I always get the feeling and understand why, I feel Dr; Michaud is always pushed for time. However, I've never felt she hurried through my visit. She takes the time to ask questions and be thorough. Her staff is helpful and polite.

Dr. Michaud is an excellent physician and a caring and compassionate person. By taking the time to truly listen to a patient, she is able to pinpoint the medical issue and offer treatment options. I value her medical opinion and insight. I have recommended her several times in the past and will continue to do so.

Seeing Dr Michaud is like seeing a friend you having seen in a few months. She is personable and you can tell she enjoys her profession. I’m also pleased to see that the Frist Clinic has gotten their act together. Last week I saw Dr Michaud for a physical at exactly my appointment time then had an EKG and blood draw. I was in and out in a little over an hour.

I've been a patient of Dr. Michaud for at least 15 years. She is professional, knowledgeable, good listener and reviews your case thoroughly. I have recommended her to several members of my family for their medical care.

I see Dr. Michaud at least every three months, if not more. She always listens to me - really listens - and treats me accordingly-her staff is as patient and kind as she is. Even the women that check you in take the time to notice you. I was there once when an elderly man was having some difficulty finding his paperwork at the desk. One of the receptionists got him a wheelchair so he could look for his papers in comfort. I believe that shows a true respect for the client. I love my doctor!
