worst experience ever. I called for an appointment two weeks ago, and they give me an appointment for today (Thursday) for my son. When we arrive they told us that the doctor does not come on thursdays, and when i said that i received a confirmation and why did not they call us, because my son and myself didn't go to study or to work waiting fro this appointment, they say that is their fault and they can do nothing. They were so unprofessional and the lady told me to get out of the office, because i told her to update the email so patients don't come for nothing. It is a nasty environment with 0 consideration with the patients.

I made my appointment five weeks ago. I went to the office today after waiting 30 minutes in the clinic. They told me that they had called me three times yesterday to tell me that they don’t accept my insurance yet I did not have one voicemail. How do you make my appointment and wake me wait five weeks and then 30 minutes in the lobby to tell me you can’t see me! God wanted me to have a better doctor and not this garbage doctor and her staff.

Dr Rensoli had been taking care of my mother since she get sick, and she is very helpfull and very good doctor, always pay atenttion to my mother's rpblems and helped her in the best way possible.
