DR VENGALIL HAS BEEN MY DR FOR A FEW YEARS
DR. VENGALIL HAS TREATED ME FOR A FEW YEARS AND SHE ALWAYS HAS TAKEN VERY GOOD CARE OF ME EXCELLENT CARE. MY ISSUE IS HER STAFF NEVER GET THE MESSAGE RIGHT AND EVERYTHING IS A MESS AND IT TAKE FOREVER TO GET THE PHONE ANSWER.

Unsatisfied
I am not satisfied with Maria Vengalil. I asked her three times to include a TB test in my last lab work and she did not. Also, she did not prescribe an alternative to Metformin. I was having stomach issues on pre-diabetes medicaction and she asked me to discontinue it and to let my AIC to go higher than 6.5 to officially have DIabetes, then she can prescribe me the shots. Her medical assistant is very rude.

Dr. Vengalil is very professional, caring, listens well to her patients, treats them with respect. She is very knowledgeable and shares her knowledge when treating her patients. I definitely recommend her to all my family and friends.

Very poor communication between Dr.'s office & patient. Long wait in office for routine visit. Poor record keeping. Misdiagonoses. Clerk at check-in has poor English skills. Ignores pharmacy requests. Always a long hold on phone. Otherwise the Dr. is very nice.
