Dr. Anzaldua’s Office gives five star service
I’ve gone to Dr. Anzaldua’s office three times in the last six months and each time I find the staff attentive and go above and beyond for their patients. This last visit. I got there right at closing time with what I considered an emergency to me, and even though they quit normally seeing patients at 4:30, they saw the concern I was having and took me anyway. Very few doctors offices would’ve done this if any at all. Most staff just wants to go home at 5 o’clock so I have to give kudos to this wonderful staff.

Terrible Follow-up and Incompetence Staff
I have been asking for the PA's nurse to do a pre-auth for the last 2 weeks, and still have not heard anything back. I asked to speak to the RN in charge of this task for 4 business days in a row and was told someone would get back. No one has called me back. The office is too busy to attend to their customer. Stay away!!

My elderly mother recently has a terrible experience with this doctor. She had 3 things she wanted to address with him. After the first he was extremely rude rushing to leave the room. When she mentioned that she had another question for him he said “what is it, hurry up I have other patients”. At this point every response he gave was dismissive and sarcastic. He even addressed one issue saying only “well you don’t smoke so your hair falling out isn’t cancer” no further discussion. ?? Recommend

Average wait time on my last two visits has been 2+ hours. Staff needs to really work on scheduling issues. This amount of time is highly unacceptable.

Receptionists are very rude and unprofessional. As a patient that provides these individuals the opportunity have a job everyday, you would think they could conduct themselves with a little more integrity and respect when speaking with patients.

This doctor is steady, methodical, and does not allow probabilities to overly influence his determinations. He takes a problem and considers it with a 360 degree, circumferential eyeballing and print-out study. His inquiries are very sharp and specific and laden with sincerity. The intake nurse, when I suggested that my 120 / 80 might have been because of doctor's allergy, she re-took the pressure with a manual, 1950s style regimen (stethoscope and all), and said, You're right.
