poor communication and care
She does not respond to emails or phone calls....it all happens through staff. Dr Belcastrod doesn't seem to try to respond correctly.....tells you to get another appointment. Doesn't listen to you and puts off ordering tests to delay treatment. Waste of money and health hazard seeing her in my opinion.

First doctor that has taken my issues and concerns seriously. She took the time to LISTEN to me and followed with options, testing, and appropriate referrals. She spent time going through all of my issues, not just what had caused my visit and REALLY CARED. Sometimes I have felt like lex clinic was just a referral factory bouncing you from one doctor to another but my recent visit was completely different. She zeroed in on what I NEEDED and didn't dismiss my situation.

Me and my daughter both see her. I started seeing her after my doctor retired. Love her! She is very caring and really seems to be generally interested in figuring out what the issues are.

Not good, does not listen causing more trips than necessary, have to have 2nd bloodwork and last year 2nd urine test in pandemic because of her mistakes which she does not apologize for

I had a bad sinus infection, Dr Belcastro was able to see me the same day I called. She was great, she listened to me, and was very thorough.
