Dr Baltus is my Dr of two years. She addresses each concern with a high degree of knowledge. Her efficiency and effectiveness put my mind at ease. Her caring manner helps me put my trust in her too. Four stars because everyone needs room for improvement. I highly and confidently recommend her.

Dr Baltus has been my PCP for 27 years or more. She is wonderful. She is extraordinarily knowledgible,compassionate. She is beyond thorough and skillful. I have the utmost faith and trust in her. She took wonderful care of my husband as well. PCP extraordinare.

From my experience, she's not looking at you as just another patient ID number needing a diagnosis, she acknowledges you and your symptoms and puts in the effort to assist you. I really appreciate that after having other PCPs that were constantly late, rushing through appointments, and were quick to give a generic guess on what I was experiencing. The new location in Burlington is also really nice and easy to navigate.
