Basically the job is more than they can handle
1. Lethargic2. Shows little interest in medical details of the patients 3. Obstinate4. Does the bare minimum 5. Gets mixed up or confused regarding medical terminology on an ongoing basis 6. Confrontational with patient and other caretakers of the patient 7. Lacks tact and lacks understanding in basic (appropriateness) 8. Not capable9. Spartanburg Regional Board should closely monitor this staffer and strongly consider another career plan for Cartwright 10. All other 'inpatient medicine' staffers were outstanding11. The hospital board should put competence and hiring (the best) above mediocre 'fill ins' compromising the health and optimal care of patients in the coming months and years. 12. Hospital needs to closely monitor
