Very Caring Dr
Dr Rios is the first dr in a long time that truly listens and truly cares about her patients. She has been my husband's and my Dr for about 5 years since we moved to S.A. She spends the times she needs with us, and provides referrals, if necessary. I highly recommend her.

I do not recommend Dr. Rios. She shifted my annual physical checkup from in-person to virtual checkup just some hours before my appointment because of covid-19 issues. After some weeks, I went to pharmacy to get my prescription but they told me there is not any prescription for me from this Doctor (she probably forgot it. I do know). I would like to say please do not do business with your patient's insurance.

I would not go recommend anyone to Dr. Rios. The reason for my visit was to request a referral for an ENT due to recurrent ear infections. I was informed that she would fulfill the request and that it could take up to a week for it to be completed. I have checked with the insurance and they have not received a referral at all. I called the office and I am given the runaround. I am now sitting here, with a middle ear infection in both ears. I can't see an ENT now without paying out of pocket due to her and her staff dropping the ball with the referral.

Dr Rios spent time getting to know the needs of each member of our family. We were not rushed and we didn’t wait long to see her. She was friendly, thorough, and attentive. Even my teenagers felt comfortable! This approach to care is exactly what healthcare should be and we are happy to have found Dr Rios!

If I could, I would leave NO stars. I brought my son in to see Dr. Rios. She ordered a lab test for a genetic mutation that we had already been tested for. She said that I requested it. I didn’t. She insisted I did. (Although why would I since we already had the test.) Insurance denied it. I am stuck paying $350 for something I didn’t request and already had. She’s NOT a good listener! BEWARE!

PATIENTS BEWARE! This practice evinces an attitude of reckless negligence to patients in need. My elderly mother who was just released from the hospital for a life-threatening condition was referred to this practice for URGENT treatment. She was refused service for arriving TWO minutes past “cut-off” time, despite having attempted to call and notify the office multiple times that she would be late due to unexpected construction/traffic (she was only able to leave a message, which they ignored).
