Dr. Mariusz Klin, MD

4 hour wait in small , crowded , stuffy waiting room. Than Doc could only spend 10 minutes with me. No PA to help out. Down played serious gall bladder problem that ended up putting me in ER the next day , declined to help with gallbladder problem.

He has no respect AT ALL for the patient. We all know the wait times are absurd (first visit 4 hours, this last visit two hours) and he spent 4 minutes with me. I timed it. Then I was told I have to have my primary doctor request my much needed surgery. But he made sure to have me rescheduled in three months. Greedy. I’m on Medicaid due to stage 4 cancer and apparently Medicaid patients are made to wait. He talks so fast and you can’t understand him. He doesn’t look at you like a doctor would. It is 4:30 in the morn right now and I am disgusted. Drove two hours each way last night for this. YES last NIGHT. I could care less about his accolades. I AM LIVID.

Long wait times , 3 plus hours for a ten minute meeting with the doctor. Would not answer another doctor's questions about me when I had gallbladder problems. Would not treat my gall bladder problem .

Only digestive guy in town you can see in person. Personality he will not show. Talks way too fast. Understood nothing he said. The appointments are always 2 hour waits. He doesn’t care how you feel. He wants to do as many exams as possible. But!!!!! Unlike the dr at digestive diseases he will see a person in person and if and when he comes back from his vacation a month after my colonoscopy to give me my diagnosis and follow up (if I don’t end out in hospital) maybe he is capable of curing h pylori. If he cures me at this point all the rest of the downfalls won’t matter. There are limited choices in Panama City. I’m just fighting for a simple cure 3 years now!!!!

Dr. Klim is a good doctor, but he overbooks. His office nurses are incredibly rude, offensive and aggressive. I had a TERRIBLE experience with his nurses. Front desk staff are great, but they don't return phone calls. We've called THREE times to pay a very small bill, and no one will call us back. The recorded message says 'please only call once a day' because obviously they're heading off all of the angry patients who they refuse to communicate with. If you're looking for rude nurses, non-communicative staff, and a doctor who runs off after your procedure without explaining one single thing, then this is the practice for you. Totally unprofessional, would not recommend to a single person.

2-3 hour wait from scheduled appointment time, then left in an exam room another 15-20 minutes, if lucky. He was also approximately 90 minutes late starting procedure at outpatient facility. I’ve had 4 previous colonoscopies and have never been forced to come in to office for pathology results, he refuses to provide otherwise. No respect for patients time/schedules & just wants to bill & take advantage of insurance (TriCare in my case$

I have had Dr. Klin for 3 colonoscopies and I like him, but his office is terrible. They are ALWAYS behind for every appointment Yesterday I had a 10:30 followup appointment with his PA. It took over 2 1/2 hours total time (PA visit about 20 minutes). I called the office manager and was told it so hard to hold to a set schedule when you are dealing with people who have colon cancer. The first appointment was 9:00, how do you get over 2 hrs behind in an 1 1/2 hours. This is not an isolated incident, his office operates this way all the time. His staff needs to be courteous and let people know up front what their wait time is. Their is NO EXCUSE for an office being run like this. I hope he doesn't know how his patients are being treated.

Had a referral from Tricare. Sat in the waiting room for 1 hr past my appt time before I was called back to get my vitals. Then I was told I would be sent back to the waiting room. At this time I told them to remove me from their wait list. My time is way more valuable then what this office is willing to recognize. I believe the reviews of people waiting 3 hrs before seeing Dr just to get rescheduled for more appointments. I will have Tricare provide me a new referral

I have been seeing Dr. Klin for 7 years. He is very caring about his patients as well as very knowledgeable about so many different diseases and treatments. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain test results, procedures, medications, and recommendations for lifestyle changes. I really appreciate him. I appreciate the time he takes to speak to me and answer any questions I may have. I recommend him to anyone looking for a gastroenterologist. He may run behind at times but I don’t mind waiting especially considering the types of things he deals with and time it takes to explain these things to his patients.

A Doctor that sincerely cares about his patients.

It was terrible sat for 2 hours and 45 min. Before even being called back in then the lady was frustrated who did my b/p as I was she tried taking it 3 times on one arm 2 on the other I told her to forget it walked out of the office and will having my doctor refer me to someone else. Five people in waiting room with this Covid going on is unnecessary. If he was running late for surgery they should have contacted patients to see if they wanted to reschedule before having at least two of us sitting for over 2 hours. I took time off of work to see this doctor if I was 2 hours late would they still see me? No I did not receive care from the doctor

If ever there was an angle it is Dr. Klin. Have been going to him for years and trust him with my life. Thank you Dr. Klin for all you do for our family and for our friends. Love forever. Bowen 2020

Great visit, and great office staff!

I did have to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time. However I have waited longer in other offices. Dr Klin office staff was very nice. They helped me get medical records from my old GI. the ARNP did offer to see me for a quicker time frame, however I did not mind waiting the 30 minutes on the doctor. He is well worth the wait.

I seen Dr Klin today. I did not have as much of a wait. I can in for some lab results he went over them with me. Advised me of ways to handle before we prescribed medicine, and I am happy to give this new life style a try.

My visit at Dr Klin office was amazing. I seen the NP Mrs Drinkard. And she was amazing,. She was able to help me with my GI,and regular maintenance medication. I have seen Dr Klin for about 7 years, and I am new to Lynda but I like them both. & will continue to see them both.
