Dr. Marjan Yousefi, MD

I have been a patient for many years and she has treated me for a variety of skin cancers. The results have always been successful. She is very professional and she has always explained the procedure she will employ and the procedures afterward. Her office staff is very helpful with appointments and follow up questions. She has treated 3 members of my family with great success, including my mother who was in her late nineties. She is very caring and a good listener with her patients. I very highly recommend her for those in need of her professional services.

Been going to this office for annual skin checks for years now. The PA I used to see has moved to another practice, but the PA I had most recently, Melanie, was great. Answered all my questions. And unlike a lot of practices, the office staff is always helpful and responsive.

Dr. Yousefi and her team are wonderful to work with, even when I know they will find things that need treatment. I find them all to be kind, thorough and efficient. Skin cancers are tough, but Dr. Yousefi and her team make it a little easier to deal with. I highly recommend her!!!

I had my annual skin screening with PA Melanie. as usual, the office staff were all attentive and prompt, and Melanie very knowledgeable and patient with my questions and concerns. definitely recommend to my family and friends.

I have been seeing Dr. Yousefi for 7 years now. She is simply outstanding! Always professional, kind, and precise. I initially was referred to Yousefi in 2014 to check a strange mole that changed shaped and having not seen a dermatologist since high school. Besides noticing her immediate knowledge of the disease, her patience and manner in explaining the devastating news of the biopsy to me and my wife, and her expert excision of it, she also took the lead in personally contacting her two best Oncologist references to get faster initial meeting set up for me to decide. 5 stars out of 5 for this Doctor!

Dr Yousefi is excellent, she listens, is caring, provides excellent annual skin analysis, performing procedures requiring biopsy with little to no scaring. She answers questions providing options and facts about pros and cons of elective procedures objectively

Careless, difficult office. Patients have to schedule months in advance to get an appointment, and even then, the office regularly cancels on the patient. I’ve had two appointments cancelled on short notice, with no explanation other than “the doctor is out for the day.” The front desk does not even accommodate their cancelation by reserving a new date for you and only offers another appointment date months later. Of course, no guarantee that time will be honored. The receptionist, Arlene, is rude. Blamed me for missing a call from the office to sort out the scheduling, even though my call record shows no missed calls. People are busy, and an appointment is an appointment. Not an optional date to cancel on a whim. If you really need to see a doctor, it would be easier and wiser to find a practice that keeps appointments.

Disrespectful to patients. Cancels appointments on patients on short notice with no justification other than “the doctor is not in the office”. Offer no courtesy in reserving an alternate appointment time for their cancellation. Careless reception/front desk staff. Unless you have a minor skin issue and are fine with waiting months for an appointment that could end up being cancelled, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Everyone I’ve spoken with and whenever I’ve visited both offices I’ve received nothing but courteous and professional attention. The waiting process has been punctual. I highly recommend the practice.

I’ve seen Dr Yousefi for about 10 years, I get an annual skin “checkup” and go see her for anything bothering me on my skin. She’s done laser, cryosurgery and biopsies very successfully. Some medical and some cosmetic. I highly recommend her!
