Outstanding doctor and staff!
Dr Alexander and his staff are outstanding in every way. He is a kind, caring doctor who is thorough and available for your every need from your ears to your diabetic wounds on your feet and everything in between! His staff is exceptional from the moment you walk in. I am so grateful for his care of my 90 year old father.

Exceptional and caring doctor who truly cares about his patients. After Fl hurricane Ian my husband and I had to relocate to Atlantic City and find medical care at ages 85/87. We were fortunate that Dr Alexander accepted us as new patients for 2 years. Blood panels are very complete and provided a detail review. Highly recommend and office staff are happy in their work

Excellent Physician and Staff
Dr. Alexander takes time to listen, understand and address health issues. His staff is excellent and even has a phlebotomist on staff, so no need to go to a lab to have blood drawn for testing!

Make no mistake MedAmerica is in the business of placing profit over patient care first! This company is a true microcosm of what is wrong with insurance companies today! They are a PPO which seeks to maximum their profits at the expense of their patients.

Very disappointed with the doctors decision not to help a patient of many years. My cpap machine failed while working in another state and rather than talk to me about my issue. He simply rejected my request for help and has stranded me without a doctor. I have to agree with most of the other reviews, this practice clearly cares about money first and care second.

It is unprofessional to start a fight with a staff, regarding a patient, out in the hallway where that patient and other patients can hear. The site was listed as accepting the insurance on a website, but the doctor told the staff it was "just for show" not for patients with that insurance to schedule. Further treatment was denied after what seems like the doctor no longer wanted a further working relationship with the insurance provider. Doctor is money driven.

Dr. A is a really good guy. For years I suffered from chronic depression, anxiety attacks and various medical issues. He allowed me to reach him at any time and was very responsive. I definitely recommend him for anyone living on the island. Sometimes the wait is long but other than that the service is great.

A nauseating individual who is quite frankly a disgrace to his profession. It is difficult to imagine addressing him as Doctor, based on both his medical incompetence and clearly apparent lack of concern for his patients. Only cares about stuffing whatever money he can in his filthy trousers. Not alone in this opinion. Please do NOT visit.
