Attentive to my problems

The Dr was very professional, however the medical assistant was in too much of a hurry. She gave instructions for me to have back XRays (about 5), when the problem was with my neck. I then had the neck XRays

Went in for my first CESI and it was amazing. The procedure was quick and painless. Dr B was very knowledgeable, explained things carefully, and was friendly.

Dr. Bauernfeind is professional in his appearance and manner. He asks as many questions as needed in order to understand the situation. He thoroughly explains available options while allowing you time to think about and decide which option you feel most comfortable with.

The entire staff was energetic and professional from the initial greeting to closing out the visit.

Not a pushy type doctor. Explains what he is going to do for you and why. Takes time to answer questions. Clearly leaves decisions to you for your treatment.

Dr Bauernfeind and staff take time to understand what is the best way to address your pain and help you get back to normal life.

Really anxious about this injection as one i had at another Orthopedic Doctor 2 years ago was extremely painful. No lidocaine first, no sonogram to identify. Dr. B. did all these things and although I was braced for the pain, there was none. Barely felt it. I was amazed and told him so. That was yesterday and I already have pain relief. Praise God.

My husband has been suffering for quite a while. Dr. B was very thorough in his examination. We will be seeing him again to discuss the results of the recommended tests. The future finally looks bright.

I had an injection for a pinched nerve. The staff in pre& post op were great in providing care & information. Dr. Bauernfeind was very thorough in diagnosing the pinched nerve & recommended treatment. The procedure went exactly as explained & seems to be helping already!

Visit went fine. Rehab - fine. Dealing with the 'billing office' has been a nightmare. My insurance paid their part. My HRA paid the remainder. Account should have zero balance. I received a bill for $272.41. (after waiting for my HRA statement to reach me-I knew STT had been paid). After multiple calls including a conference call with my insurance, I was told I owed nothing. BUT I was asked to pre-pay for services at a majority of my visits. Therefore, I am owed those payments. When I mentioned I expected a refund and how long would that take, I was told the account balance is zero, no refunds wou8ld be made. After many calls I have been told they agree that I am owed $75.00 and if I can prove the remainder was paid -- provide them proof, let them know. My proof is contained in their statements to me. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO SPINE TEAM TEXAS and I WOULD NOT REFER ANYONE TO THEM.
