I am new to the St. Louis area so I just picked out the first doctor on the list because I needed immediate treatment. The office looks like a revised morgue; very dark, gloomy, and always cold. The office girls are very nice, yet often frustrated because Dr. Belcher is consistently very late to his appointments and dresses like a slob. He wears dirty, worn out blue jeans, his shirts are wrinkled, and he has holes in his shoes. It almost appears as if he lives in his car! AND he does NOT listen!
