I have not actually see this doctor, but have to give him 0 stars. I had scheduled to see my doctor (not Dr. Beltran) in person, but office staff called me the morning of my appointment and said that my doctor saw patients from home that day (what ?). They offered me to see Dr. Beltran instead and made an appointment 45 minutes from the phone call. I made it to the appointment, but was 5 minutes late and staff said Dr. Beltran could not see me because I was late. I asked the staff to inquire with him if he could see me after the next patient they claimed he took in, but he said no... I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. Period.

Dr Beltran can not be rated highly enough by a 5 star rating. I recently saw him after being hospitalized for 7 days. Just a simple check up with him after the illness. He is always attentive, looking to the future for your needs, just a great doctor.
