Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

I wholeheartedly concur with the negative reviews. After waiting 2 months to get in he told me that my problem was idiopathic (ie couldn't why it was occurring) and just live with the nerve damage. He then prescribed a highly addictive medication which has numerous serious side effects after stating that my condition was not serious. When I suggested that a medication I was taking might have something to do with it he stated that the medication "didn't do that". I eventually found another physician who treated me for withdrawal effects from that medication and it turned out that was the cause of the nerve damage. Cannot say enough negative things about this arrogant condescending individual.

I completed my first exam with Dr. Berger last week. He was very cordial, thorough, explained everything completely and to where he was understood. He was very caring and I would recommend him to anyone. His negative reviews are totally incorrect.

If possible, I would rate Dr. Berger with zero stars. I have never met a more rude, sarcastic doctor in my 68 years on earth. He obviously does not care about serving patients, and I would describe our brief meeting as surreal, and I eventually walked out/was escorted out without minimal consultation. He and his office staff have major problems. I would not recommend Dr. Berger to family, friends, or acquaintances.

Rude and condescending. It is difficult for me to believe that this person is still in practice, Berger would not allow us to finish our sentences. My hope is that one day he will feel the pain his patients must endure. He does not have a sense of empathy, a necessary requirement in the health profession.

Agree with all the reviews that rated him a one. He was very rude, arrogant and condescending to us. When we tried to explain what was going on (why we needed to see him) he interrupted us stating HE was talking. Will never go back.

We would never go back to this doctor. We are in full agreement with other comments and reviews. He is arrogant, rude, and uninterested in his patients. After several appointments in which we had minimal help, he dismissed my husband and said there was nothing more he could do. We would not recommend him to family and friends.

The reception and billing staff were kind and competent. However, Berger was very rude, condescending, and was more interested in writing a prescription and getting me out the door than actually helping me. I have migraine issues which can cause light sensitivity and when I brought this up he scoffed and said to "wear sunglasses." I would never go here again and definitely recommend anyone considering going here to find a better doctor. Save yourself some time and money and stay away!

My son left Dr. Berger's office in tears. My son was 20 when he started having seizures and needed to know what was going on in his body. He was scared and went to see Dr. Berger for help, support, and professional care. Dr. Berger was extremely rude and demeaning; he wouldn't let my son ask questions, and told him that he "just wanted drugs." Dr. Berger has a horrible reputation in the community and I'm shocked he is still in this profession.

Horrendous care and communication. Office staff is the worst I've ever encountered. Wait time on exams was terrible. Overall terrible place to send a loved one. Never again.

NOT a good doctor. Told him about my very painful back and neck with pain radiating down arms and legs. His diagnosis was Carpal Tunnel Syndrome when I actually have life threatening severe spinal stenosis. He is VERY RUDE as well. This was the most awful experience with a doctor I've ever had.

I took my mom to see this doctor. He was dismissive of her. He was rude. He was sarcastic and actually laughed at her inability to see his cursor on the computer as he was reviewing her MRI. He was impatient and didn't want to hear her health history but wound up asking her about it anyway. There is no way I will ever take her to see him again.

My husband is seeing Dr. Berger. While he may be educated in neurology....I do not like how he treated my husband or myself. He is rude, impatient and condescending. We will continue to see him as all the testing has been done through him, but hopefully it will not be much longer. I would not recommend him to family and friends.

Dr Mark Berger treated me on two different occasions for two totally different maladies. I was totally impressed with him both times. He was thorough, knowledgeable, kind, and I felt good doctor/ patient manners and I felt I was in good hands. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone requiring the need for a neurologist.

I think Dr. Berger is a good neurologist, but he is getting old, getting tired, and his manner of relating to patients is poor. He is rude and abrupt. He sees his patient as the disease rather than the person. I would not refer anyone to him because of his offputting personality.
