Dr. Bonner Outstanding Doctor
I have been seeing Dr. Mark Bonner for 34 years. He is an amazing doctor when it comes to all of my medical needs. He is very caring and compassionate about his patients. Stays on top of every concern I have and he helped save my husbands life when he had cancer. I consider him like family!! My children, grand children and great grand children continue the generations of visiting him and his clinic. Best of The Best!

Fan of Mark Bonner, MD
I have been a patient of Dr. Mark Bonner for approximately 30 years. He is an excellent physician who is lead by Jesus Christ in his work life, family life, & public life. He cares for his patients as Jesus may have cared for the people he came in contact with. No, Dr. Bonner does not push his Christianity on you. But he walks the walk & you SEE it. I have felt Jesus in the exam room when I have asked Dr. Bonner for prayer, & he sat right back down & prayed for me. Yes, you can sometimes have to wait to see him, but bring a book or have a game on your phone to occupy your time because the wait is worth it to be cared for by a physician who has kept up on his medical knowledge, takes the time necessary to provide the best care possible for his patients, and truly cares about his patients, their health & their well-being.

Very Good Dr. Even better person.
Dr Bonner was my Dr for nearly 20 years. Gave me excellent care. I changed because of the long wait times..guess I got old and cranky. Now my present GP has moved to Springdale. Tired of driving to Springdale? Just as soon read a good book waiting on a fine Dr. It’ll be so good to see him again! Dr Bonner tried to give his patients all the time they need. That’s not so pleasant when you are waiting.. but it sure is comforting when it’s your turn. He treats people kind of like Jesus did..

ILL NEVER FORGET WHEN I WAs_34 amd broke a bone in my knee trying to show off to my daughters friends that I stilll had it and when Bonner walked in the room , he just shook his head like a disappointmented dad and said “Christy , at 34 u believe you’ve proven to everyone your a good gymnastic so now you need to retire !! ????????

I’ve seen Dr Bonner over 10 years. He listens, he explains and educates, he’s willing to take the extra time so I don’t feel I leave confused or clueless about what’s going on, and he never makes me feel rushed or that he’s not concerned. The wait time has gotten shorter with each visit I've had and it could very well be my fault if your appt runs behind Because he’s so patient and thorough with me when I’m needing a little more time as I’m sure he is with all his patients.

Dr. Bonner and his staff are thorough! I have heard people complain about the length of time they have to wait in the waiting room BUT I would rather have a doctor and staff which actually care about my health and are willing to spend that extra time me or any other patient to ensure optimal health. I won’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend Dr. Bonner and this clinic to anyone in need.

Dr Bonner is a nice man, but his staff is TERRIBLE. I came in for an appointment and was told I had a past due balance from TWO YEARS AGO. I had been to see Dr Bonner several times since then and, had I known, I would have certainly taken care of the balance. Instead, I had to pay it before I could be seen. Since it was from two years ago I could not include it in my medical deductions for my taxes. His staff is incompetent, rude and needs customer service and HIPAA education.

Love going to Dr. Bonner. He is a great listener. He asks plenty of questions to help him diagnose my illness. His staff have always been courteous to me. I’ve been with him for 5 years since I retired. My son has been with him 10 years. I would rather wait a couple of hours to be sure I see him. Last week I was there and I went back in Ten minutes. He’s my doctor and his wonderful.

The nurses gave me attitude and didn't believe personal facts. I came in with bronchitis &the nurse said I must have tonsilitis; I told her I don't have tonsils. She "checked to be sure that [I] don't have tonsils." I also was called by my middle name, a common first name, so I didn't rise immediately. The nurse rolled her eyes & said my last name, I came to her & apologized, explaining the mix-up. She proceeded to tell me my first name is my middle name bc they "wouldn't put it in wrong."

Terrible. I had a coworker recommend him to me when I was searching for a new doctor since my last one moved her office to Springdale. My first few visits I had spent anywhere from half an hour to two hours in the waiting room and then another ten plus minutes in a room waiting for the doctor. Then the last time I went, he kept giving me this look when trying to describe joint pain I've been experiencing, like it was in my head. Completely impersonal and a waste of time.

One of the worst practices I’ve ever been to. When I started accompanying my mother to her dr appointments I was dumbfounded at the care she received from Dr. Bonner. My vet is more thorough in his diagnosis of a patient. There are way better doctors and better staffed practices in NWA and I would suggest you seek one out.

I began seeing Dr Bonner 9 years ago and I loved him! I recommended him to everyone! But as the years went on, his hours got shorter and shorter and the wait times got longer and longer even with an appointment. I once waited close to three hours in the waiting room past appointment time, plus another 45 minutes in the exam room. Now you can't even get an appt with him unless you use vacation time or are unemployed. I finally changed doctors today.

There was a longer wait than I'm used to, but it was well-worth it. He paid great attention to detail for my unusual problem, asked questions for potentially related events that I hadn't even thought of, explained things carefully, and didn't rush me at all. It was clear that he had spoken extensively with the nurse regarding her intake and done relevant research before seeing me, which saved me the frustration of repeating myself as well. I'm so thankful my friend recommended me to see him!

I came in Monday with a sore throat and was seen by a female nurse practitioner.. She spent maybe 3 min in the room with me and did not do any tests. Sent me home a Z-pack. I only continued to get worse so I went and saw another doctor wednesday and they quickly diagnosed me with strep. Incredibly disappointed as I could have been on the road to recovery days ago if the nurse had simply run a strep test. BEWARE.
