From the time I walked into the office, I felt at ease. This is not a flashy office, but dealing with Charmaine the Office Manager was a pleasure. This was my first time seeing Dr. Dimedio and I was more that pleasantly surprised. My right big toe had a ingrown nail and had become very infected. Dr. Dimedio explained the whole process of how he was going to treat my toe. He removed part of my nail that was causing the problem. The he explained what I had to do after the treatment. About 1.5 hours he actually called me and ask how I was feeling and reminded me to take the medication he prescribed. I am not used to being treated like this and it was great!Thank you! Dr. Demiedio
