The Best in the Business
Dr. Epstein supported our journey at the very early stages and at the beginning of the COVID lockdown. He supported us in ensuring that our young child would have all the services he needed and stayed in touch to check on his progress. He helped ensure we were able to follow up through televisions and made recommendations. He kept us encouraged throughout the process and has continued to support and guide us. We are grateful that we found him!

Do not go here terrible and unprofessional
This is the worst place to go. I do not recommend such a waste of time. This man didn’t want to attend my daughter !! I will not go here ever again. Then someone called me from his office to do a virtual consultation then when she spoke to him he told her to send me to the children's hospital in Miami. If you really care about the attention and customer service do not go here ! Terrible and so unprofessional

I have been taking my son there since he was 2! I was referred to Dr. Epstein by a family friend. I travel an hour for my sons appointments. Dr. Epstein communicates very effectively and his assistant returns calls at a timely manner. The staff is always friendly and the wait time is very minimal considering we have appointment.

I am shocked at how he acted with my 16yo daughter . She was anxious about a finding on her MRI and he was so insensitive and demeaning . I can’t believe he acted this way in front of a child . He seems burnt out and taking it out on patients. She had headaches and he says “ let me guess , they are worse since the MRI”. I was embarrassed for him and so was my daughter . He was a second opinion just to reassure us and he just embarrassed himself when he could have just reassured a child.

Very thorough--no jumping to diagnostic conclusions. My son is very shy but was very comfortable with him. I felt like a respected member of my child's team while talking with Dr. Epstein about my concerns.

Dr Epstein was prompt and extremely friendly. He was very nurturing towards my child and took the time to explain everything to my husband and I, in an efficient and clear manner. I highly recommend him!!
