His professional prepared presentation of my case, informational discussion on my condition, open dialogue over multiple appointments with a sincere interest in my opinion and concerns, and unbiased summary diagnosis lead me to selecting him for surgery. Dr. Felger’s relaxed attitude toward scheduling for my benefit was also a welcome and calming benefit.Dr. Felger’s experience and preparation easily accommodated unforeseen complications which arose causing the surgery to be twice as long as planned with stellar results. Dr Felger performed open heart surgery to repair my mitral valve 5 weeks ago. Today's visit was post surgery followup Surgery was 100% successful. He is such an affable guy, a real treat to spend time with. Very confident but not cocky. Provided great explanations and insights. Dr. Mark is truly special, I give him my highest recommendation.

On July 8th I had open heart surgery with Dr Felger. The surgery addressed 4 major heart issues (aneurism, valve replace, AFIB, and double bypass). Surgery went exceptionally well with no issues, recovery is ahead of schedule, and I will be realizing long term benefits (e.g. no blood thinners, increased strength).
