Horrible. I was 10 minutes late for my first appointment and was told my only choice was to reschedule. The waiting room was empty which is an indication that business is not good. There are no awards or positive recognition on the walls after 2017. I was left feeling as though the staff has been trained to care about themselves first and the patient can be damned. Despite the amount of pain I am in I will not reschedule with Dr, Fischer.

Initially, everything seems great with this doctor. Once you become a long-term patient, things change for the worst. Dr. Fisher has no respect for his patient's time. Expect to wait upwards of an hour, and then an additional 1/2 hour once you get to the exam room. Patients are routinely overbooked. Having said that, it would be worth the wait if his treatment was helpful. My elderly mother expressed to him at every appointment that she was not feeling better and often worse on his treatment plan and medications. He always seemed to dismiss and minimize her complaints and never changed anything. I finally asked her Primary Care physician to recommend a rheumatologist, who we immediately switched to. After 3 months and on new medication, my mother felt infinitely better and is a changed person! Do not ignore the negative reviews for this doctor.

I am extremely seeing Dr Fisher for the past 4and a half years for my rheumatoid arthritis . He has always been very interested and would always take all of the time I needed. He has treated with medications with infusions and it has made a huge difference in my life. His office staff is the best and always make me feel so welcome. I recommend him very highly.

I found Dr. Fisher to be very knowledgeable and caring. He took time with me and was very caring and interested in all of my symptoms and what I had to say. He was very easy to speak to and was very comprehensive and complete in his evaluation of all of my problems. The office staff is wonderful and very friendly and helpful. I am extremely happy that I have been seeing him for the past 11 years. I do strongly recommend him to anyone looking for an arthritis specialist in Rheumatology.

The wait time was 90 minutes then while being seen was called out of the office for another 15 minutes. A reasonable request was made of the doctor, he listened and then ignored the request. He does not appear to be interested in prescribing alternate methodss of pain control. Not sure that my repeated visits result in any improvedment.
