If I could give this place a -5 I would. We were given this doctor from my boyfriend's surgeon to get a neck brace from them before his spinal fusion surgery which was covered through workers comp. We called and made an appointment where I gave the receptionist all the information for workers comp (the case number, insurance carrier name etc). Two hours later my boyfriend gets a call from the office saying that they did not hear back from the adjuster (this was literally 2 hours later). They told him they need his charge card information which we told them AGAIN this was a workers comp case that we do not pay out of pocket. We told her to please wait to hear from workers comp. The next morning they called again trying to get the charge card information. They told us without the charge card information they would be cancelling our appointment. Which they did. They then called us back an hour later and said please find another office we will not be assisting you as you won't gi
