THE WORSE
A horrible doctor & human being. Only cares about money. Arrogant and incompetent. Beware, he will not show up to take of you in an emergency. Not even a phone call. We so regret ever meeting him.

Good, solid doctor
The office staff, as some have pointed out, may not be the very best (although they are also some of the nicest people in the world) but that's not why you see a doctor. You see a doctor because he's good at his job as well as thoughtful, skillful, and caring. Dr. Goodman is all these.

A disaster all around...Entire Practice
He is a terrible physician. Arrogant (for no reason), lacking energy and rude. His billing practices are the worst i have ever experience by a lot.

if I could give him a zero I would. He told my 90-year-old parents that my father needed to go to the emergency room, but did not tell them why. he simply told them that his caregiver should pick him up from the office and take him to the er. I am a physician, and when I called his office to speak with him, he refused to speak with me and his secretary left me on hold for over 30 minutes, after which i called again, and the office was closed. disgusting behavior. he should be ashamed to call himself a doctor. needless to say, this is not the only incident where unprofessional behavior has transpired. there have been other times that have left a bitter taste in my mouth, but this was the last straw. please do not trust this man to do right by you. coming from another physician, i hope this review is helpful to the reader. i would never treat a patient or their family member this way.

I too was not only slapped with a ridiculous, late copay, and attempted to contact Dr. Goodman's billing service. They never responded. I was charged $1300 for a standard physical that should have been mostly covered by insurance, and repeated phone calls and messages to Dr. Goodman's billing office never resulted in a single call back. As a result, I never had the chance to dispute the bill -- and then I was sent a collection notice, demanding double the $1300. Be warned.
