Referred for eye exam and check on an eye procedure I had last year in another state. The staff was very helpful, friendly and efficient. I was very satisfied with Dr. Gotchel - he was very thorough and professional in his exam and explaining what I needed to watch for in the future. Would definitely recommend.

Not the right provider for me. Disinterested and unhelpful. Said he could not do anything to help me so why should I return though they schedule another visit. Told me he" believed me"when I was suffering and frustrated. I am not a hypochondriac and I go when there is an issue. Saw him at least 4-6 times but just can't go back. He did not get to know my history no matter how many visits I went.
