Dr. Greenfield is a great doctor!
Dr. Greenfield is very patient and made sure I completely understood the procedure. He joked and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend him to anyone experiencing pain.

Awful
No empathy at all. None. Very poor attitude like he was annoyed he had to see me. I’ve never had such an awful experience with a doctor. Went to see him about injections and he spent the whole time telling me his negative opinion on the medicine my primary care physician prescribes me that I had been on for 14 years that 3 doctors have prescribed to me throughout my life when I moved cities. Told me if it was up to him I wouldn’t have anything and would have to toughen up because I’m young (29). I didn’t even make it to the parking lot before I was in tears. It’s made me very leery of seeing anyone besides my primary.

I was very surprised to read some reviews that you have to wait for a long time, that Dr. Greenfield is there for money, etc. I’ve never had to wait for more than 2-3 minutes at his office. He gives you all the options right up front and the prices too. He never pushes for the expensive procedure. He gave me two steroid shots in the spine which did not help much, but that has nothing to do with his professionalism, the problem is in me, we continue working on trying to find the right treatment.

Dr. Greenfield is a horrible doctor. He is in it for the paycheck. He has made my dad wait now 6 weeks after the stimulator trial and has referred family member to 2 wrong physicians. Office staff is good. If I keep on typing there will be some not so nice stuff to say. Can I give him negative 5 stars?

Have seen him 3 or 4 times find him to be knowledgeable but condescending and reserved. He always makes you wait a minimum of one hour and is never apologetic about the wait as if it should be expected. He seems to lack empathy for his patients. Its just another patient.

I was referred because I was having some extensive foot surgery. I've had 2 appointments and both have been positive. He runs on time, he is pleasant and in a good mood. He is very good at explaining my current and future treatment plans. He also makes sure any questions I have are thoroughly answered. I'm very satisfied with Dr Greenfield and his staff.

First visit, we got there early like we were told to for paperwork. Sat in the waiting room about 45 minutes after our scheduled time. Second visit, under the impression we were going to have a procedure done we got there early and paid the co-pay. sat in the waiting room 10 minutes after our schedule time. Sat in the exam room for another 30 minutes or so. Dr came in and and seen him for less than 5 minutes and didn't have anything done.

I was referred to Dr. Greenfield for pain due to a herniated disc. I have a fear of needles, but was surprised that the injection was not painful at all. I was also surprised that after only 1 injection, it actually brought me the first relief from the pain in years & without using a narcotic prescription. On my follow up visit, Dr. Greenfield has assured me that if my pain reoccurs, to come back to see him again.
