Great questions and instructions. He did a good job working with a 13 year old boy with a broken clavicle.

Dr. Grossnickle had done my knee replacement and didn't cement the replacement in leave me to have x-ray every 6 weeks to 3 months to make sure it has not moved and now the knee gives out and it has not been a year since the replacement. He doesn't explain how he gonna do the surgery completely. He is always late for appointments and don't not tell you sorry or anything. The day of my surgery he was 30 minutes late and I was his first case at 7am. When I was in the hospital for overnight stay my knee started to bleed and he wouldn't come and take a look at it, instead he sent his PA. I've only seen him twice other then the day of surgery. Once for pre-op and the day I was released from the hospital. He didn't listen to me when I was concerned about my physical therapy. He didn't show any concerns when I sent up to his office after my incision opened up at physical therapy. He also has a nurse that doesn't know how to take blood pressure. I will not recommend him to anyone.

This guy was a terrible doc. Poor bedside manner, inept, dismissive, cruel and made me wait 2 loooong days with a hip dislocation. He was CRUEL more than once. You always think later what I could’ve said later. Well here it is. “Run away”.

Over two months of pain. Could not get into physical therapy due to lack of availability, yet Dr. Grossnickle only posted in my notes that I had attended only one PT session. This comment suggested that it was my fault. I also waited over one hour to see him. He spent less than 7 minutes with me. I am still in pain.

I would have liked to see my shoulder x-rays. I hope when I go back to him on Monday, he will show me my x-rays and my MRI results. I took the MRI today.

Great Doctor! Couldn't ask for a better Doctor with great bedside manners. Took his time to respond to all my questions. He made me feel like he had a genuine interest in getting me the care that I deserved.
