Dr. Mark Jacobson and his staff are great at listening and taking great care of their patients. They spend time exploring all possible reasons for pain to help discern if surgery is really needed. They instill confidence with their vast knowledge of their individual areas. They take the time to make sure you are getting prompt and accurate care. Whether it is the receptionist, the PA, or the MRI technician, you are in good hands. Can’t say enough about them. They are working hard to make me pain-free and so far it has a good outcome. Dr. Jacobson and his team spend time listening and explaining all possibilities. No one there is on roller skates. I always feel like I am getting the best attention and care.

I am still in excruciating pain after kyphoplasty and subsequent epidural. I only got to see and talk to Dr. Jacobson for a 15-minute consult prior to the kyphoplasty. Only his nurse was present for the follow-up. Was still in excruciating pain at that time. Scheduled an epidural because she said I had bulging discs and I am still in excruciating pain after getting it on 12/17. I cannot stand up or sit down without assistance. Have never got to actually speak with Dr. Jacobson except for the initial 15-minute consult, only the nurse who made all decisions regarding care after that. Told them I had questions and was told he was on a tight schedule. I did hear him say during the epidural that it was actually spinal stenosis. I am still in excruciating pain and I'm sleeping in a recliner because I am unable to get in and out of a bed. My back was going into spasms so bad during the epidural that I was told to lay still because he couldn't hit a moving target.

I fell and had several fractures in my Sacrum. The pain was terrible. I could not be on my feet for more than five minutes at a time for several months. After two hospital stays and a month in a Rehab Facility I was referred to Doctor Mark Jacobson at MIT. He performed a Sacroplasty on my Sacrum and almost instantly I was without pain. This procedure and Dr. Jacobson gave me my life back, as well as my husband, my caregiver. Dr Jacobson is a very compassionate doctor who loves to help people. He has a very friendly and caring Staff. I highly recommend Dr. Jacobson for any of your Medical Imaging and Therapeutic needs.

I have had two procedures by Dr Jacobson. The first was a L-5 Kyphoplasty, the result was back pain relief that I have not had in twenty years. The second was a Iliac Osteoplasty. Both of these procedures involved taking biopsies followed by a injection of Stabill-T bone cement. The net result of both of these is a pain free back and hip region. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Jacobson and his staff! Very Professional.

I had 2 procedures done and was pleased with the outcomes. I was advised as to what would happen from start to finish. I was very pleased with the entire staff and the way that the Dr explained everything in a way to make me feel very comfortable. His attitude and way put me at ease. What could have been stressful actually turned out to be the opposite. I would highly recommend his practice to anyone.

My wife recently had a fall and had several breaks in her sacrum along with a broken coccyx. She has been in a great deal of pain ever since, and was misdiagnosed at a local hospital claiming that she had a contusion. It was suggested that we see Dr. Mark Jacobson of MIT Medical Imaging & Therapeutics located in Lady Lake, Florida. After another CT Scan and MRI, Dr. Jacobson performed a Sacroplasty, to relieve the pain. Everyone on his staff was very professional, caring, and friendly.

Dr. Mark D. Jacobson, MD and the staff at MIT are my "Go To" imaging facility. I have had X-rays, MRIs, CT scans, Ultrasound, and epidural injections performed at MIT. The reason I will only use this facility is simple - Dr Jacobson and his professional staff ! They provide a consistent level of service. Additionally it is a bonus to have the same Dr who actually reads your scan explain and possibly treat the issue. Continuity is also key, the same Dr will also review your follow up scans !

Dr.Jacobson is a very caring doctor who spent time explaining my MRI to me and how he could repair my fracture L1 disc with a procedure called Kyphoplasty. I was told by my primary doctor that this disc would have to heal by it self. Three months later it had not healed and my pain was getting worse. This procedure fixed my problem , and it only took about a half hour, with no pain to me. His staff is very knowledgeable, and happy to answer any of my questions. I would highly recommendDr.Jacobso

The office staff leaves ever so much to be desired - arrogant, rude and incompetent among others. Referred for a specific injection. An arbitrary decision was made to get approval for the 2nd in a series of three, which was not ordered. Spoke with a "supervisor" who acknowledged what was ordered pending insurance approval. Trying to get an answer as to the status was worse than pulling teeth. Unfortunately the medical industry is not what it used to be.

I am extremely happy that I found someone who really cares about getting to know their patient. His service and expertise with MRI, Cat scan, and Ex-ray really helped with my diagnosis. Of all the procedures I have had in this field over the years, his report given to the doctor was above and beyond more than any other I received. He is extremely caring and professional. His cheerful staff is so courteous and willing to accommodate you in any they can.

I fell 8-10 ft and landed on our driveway. I suffered from 5 compression factures. My T12 was collapsing and Dr. Jacobson repaired with a simple surgery less then 30 min. I have no pain and had instant results after the surgery. I highly recommend him not only for his skills but he will listen to your needs and accommodate accordingly.

after nearly 3 months of severe back pain I was referred to Dr Jacobson. He reviewed my MRI's and consulted me about the Kyphoplasty procedure. I was so amazed how this simple procedure could relieve this everyday pain . I had compression fractures and osteoporosis . I could not get out of bed to go to work. I was scheduled so fast too! Dr Jacobson is great. The best! I went home 3 hours later and could tell the pain was gone. I recommend Dr Jacobson to anyone with back pain!
