Something is wrong with this doctor. Rude, impatient, doesn't listen, arrogant. Very unpleasant experience. Disrespectful doctor. Shouldn't be a doctor.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jaffe during my visit yesterday. The office staff was welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and easy. Dr. Jaffe took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all of my questions thoroughly, which made me feel valued as a patient.What I appreciated most was Dr. Jaffe attentive approach and the clear explanations provided during the examination. They made sure I understood my diagnosis and treatment options, which greatly eased my anxiety. The atmosphere in the office was professional yet warm, creating a comfortable environment.I left the appointment feeling confident in the care I received and with a clear plan moving forward. I highly recommend Dr. Jaffe to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate physician. Thank you for a great experience!

I was at Dr Jaffee's office today.My primary suggested I visit a rheumatologist due to some pain I was experiencing . Dr Jaffee fully explained what rheumatoid arthritis is how it progresses and how it's managed .The subject is clearly mastered by Mark .He is funny , personable and clearly straight forward and honest . My life is just a little better for meeting Dr Jaffee.He doesn't believe I have rheumatoid arthritis. But he went so far as to get my other Dr on the phone and extracted from her what she was looking for . She is concerned that since I am a heart transplant candidate that I have from time to time elevated WBC count .After their conversation Mark did the physical screening for RA .No physical signs .But we are running full blood work as he said to make sure nothing is lingering or being missed .If you need a Dr for RA I can't imagine a better Dr .

Do not go to thisDoctor! I went because my Rheumatologist had closed their offices and I was looking for a new Doctor. I have Osteoarthritis and Spinal Stenosis. He was rude, condescending, and making fun of the patient in the next room. He did not listen at all. He made fun of me to his staff. Most disrespectful doctor I've ever been to and strongly do NOT recommend using him.

I went to see Mark on the recommendation of my primary doctor after a few rounds of blood tests. He was immediately discounting of my concerns, was condescending and rushed me right out of the office. It was clear that he had frustration with primary physicians sending patients to an endocrinologist, and decided to take it out on me.

I know him that ye is very knowledgeable doctor but he had Very unprofessional, rude and humiliating behavior with me as a patient

Dr. Mark Jaffe is a doctor’s doctor. He’s a brilliant clinician who knows exactly how to communicate with, educate and treat his patients with the utmost of respect, sensitivity, and compassion. He has a unique ability to put one’s mind at ease, and he imparts his remarkable breadth of medical knowledge and expertise with clarity and precision—to laymen and physicians alike. Dr. Jaffe knows how to listen to the concerns of his patients. He is kind, has a wonderful bedside manner and boasts a great sense of humor. Most important, he is the consummate physician who obviously loves the practice of medicine and cares deeply for his patients.

Honest, to the point, and great diagnostician!

Most outstanding, thorough, straightforward, understanding care of my condition (rheumatoid arthritis) I have ever received in any healthcare provider experience. Dr. Jaffe is affable and engaging as well. 20 ********************!

The staff was friendly and welcoming. I wish I could continue with this positive theme. Dr. Jaffe is loud, boisterous, and full of energy. He assumed he knew the reason for my visit but if he taken time to listen it would have been apparent. Dr. Jaffe did not appear to be aware of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA). What other reason would motivate him to announce a medical diagnosis outside of the exam room? While sitting in the waiting room, I was able to hear the conversation he had with the previous patient, and I am sure the patients sitting in the waiting room could hear his comments about me. Other than discussing a treatment that he refused to recommend; only one other treatment was suggested. This ailment has impacted my daily activities, but his “ just deal with it" attitude was not helpful. If you wear hearing aids and do not want to impose on someone’s privacy turn down the volume.

No follow up on tests ordered. Had to hear from family doctor that some of results were not normal. Taking prolia shots but no discussion about my side affects or future treatments. I must add that his office staff is very lovely,nicer than most.

I wish I had known about Dr Jaffe years ago. His expertise & professional is exemplary.

Great doctor! Listens to his patients, does not treat me as if I’m crazy or imagining my pain. He is very upbeat and positive but will also tell you the truth. I have AS and Crohn’s and both can be tricky. He’s not too proud to say that what treatment he has prescribed may not be working anymore and switch it up to try something new.

Excellent Excellent Excellent..... You just don’t find high-quality doctors like Dr. Jaffe down here in Florida. Dr. Jaffe was the most pleasant surprise I have had in a very very long time. It’s a jungle out there in Florida’s medical world. Dr. Jaffe is a shining star.

Dr. Jaffe is an excellent and caring doctor. He is an excellent diagnostician and I am very grateful to him. His office staff is the best!

Dr. Jaffe is knowledgeable, caring, forthright and I would highly recommend him if you’re looking for a Rheumatologist who is honest. The office staff is considerate, professional and on time. Extremely pleased with Dr. Jaffe after 16 years of support for my Rheumatoid arthritis problems. His high energy and straight forward style is backed by a rock solid knowledge and understanding of RA--exactly what you would expect from a Diplomate level pro. Professional analysis coupled with a practical application of prescriptions designed not to over-medicate is appreciated. You need to see Dr. Jaffe is your current RA doctor is not achieving the results you need.

Dr. Jaffe is an amazing doctor. He listens to his patients and is extremely knowledgeable. When I am not feeling well, his office squeezes me in and he takes his time with me. I would highly recommend Dr. Jaffe as I have also seen other Rheumotologists and Dr. Jaffe is by far the best.
