Dr. Kidon is pretty great as a doctor and surgeon. It's his support staff that are lacking. It took forever for me to get a note processed properly for work, they wouldn't help me with crutches, and I'm still waiting on help for a handicap pass post-surgery. They forget to process things, don't follow up, act like you are really inconveniencing them, and lose forms in the process. It' maddening since you'd think all of this should be routine for them.
