Dr. Kiefer went beyond what was expected. He got rid of the cancer for me.

I was checked in most efficiently and quickly. Wait time was short and reasonable. Both Dr. Kiefer and his nurse listened carefully and explained my options very well. I was very pleased and impressed. I wish all my doctors were this good.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Nurse was very kind and attentive when listening to the problems I was being seen for. Dr has an incredible bedside manner, was very knowledgeable, and gave reasons and explanations for all recommended treatment plans.

I just had Surgery w Dr. Mark Kiefer performing my Surgery, I’m (4) weeks out and had Post Op Appt yesterday. As always, professional and respectful during an uncomfortable situation. My 1st Appt to see Dr. Mark Kiefer, I was so on edge, nervous, apprehensive and just a little scared, but he came into the room and was very calm, nice and listened intently to what was going on with me and with concern. In today’s world hard to find a Physician that actually knows/has a wonderful bedside manner! But he does! Dr. Kiefer’s entire staff is just wonderful! They’re all in tune to you and taking the best care of you! I appreciate every single one of them! I highly recommend Dr. Mark Kiefer and his staff! I’d give them 10 Stars for the way they make you feel which is comfortable, willing to answer your questions and make sure you get back on your feet. Terrific Dr. w terrific Staff and they work well with one another which makes it a good environment for their patients. Thank you!

He took the time to listen to me and has never tried to rush out the door. I was in the hospital during the bad weather of 2021 and he took my recovery serious and didn't try to send me packing like if I was taking up a bed.

Dr. Kiefer is very professional and knowledgeable. I had corectal surgery. He came twice a day to see me at the hospital. I highly recommend him!

Ok, he misguided me and it cost me. This was to be a routine colonoscopy but he misdiagnosed me even though I got a clean bill of health from him. I got stuck with a bill over 500 dollars from his carelessness. Beware.

My husband and I both have use Dr Kiefer for our routine colonoscopy. My husband has had 2 procedures and I have had one. I had no problem scheduling the appts, Dr Kiefer was not overly helpful explaining the results, but I was satisfied until my husband's most recent procedure. Dr Kiefer was 3hrs behind! I was told 2 separate times he was 30min behind but never imagined 3 hrs. When Dr Kiefer was done, he came to me, never acknowledged the delay, never apologized for the delay.

Exceptional care, and Dr. Kiefer and his partners took time to explain and listen both in the office and in the hospitals.

I was so scared when I had my first visit with Dr. Kiefer. I'd just been told I had rectal cancer and the tumor was located in an area that prevented me from avoiding surgery! After meeting with Dr. Kiefer I understood what would happen during surgery and the need for it. After surgery he was wonderful! Because of his surgical skill I'm alive today and will always be grateful to him for that. I have to also say that his assistant, Candice is a god-send. She has been there for me always.
