Broken Tooth
I needed a tooth pulled, and I went to Dr. Kienle. He yanked my tooth out so quickly that it broke into fragments. Then he had to cut into my mouth trying to clean it up. Ultimately, I went to another doctor to have a piece removed that he missed and that had become infected.

Mark Kienle should not be practicing oral surgery, he left me in a lot of pain. I have never had a doctor so rushed and unconcerned before in my life.

Excellent medical care. Dr. Kienle has treated my family for several procedures and all were conducted with a tremendous amount of precision, professionalism and little to no pain. I would highly recommend him as a surgeon. However, be very careful in dealing with the billing office. Patients would be wise to ask for the billing codes in advance of the procedure and doublecheck your estimates. I was provided incorrect and conflicting information several times regarding a surgery and the end result was an expensive and unexpected bill. The administrative side of the practice seemed frequently misinformed and each time I called to discuss, the explanation I received was different. I would recommend Dr. Kienle but patients would be wise to ask for all billing codes in advance and run those through your payer's online coding system to confirm that the estimates you are being presented are indeed accurate. I would not recommend solely relying on the estimates provided by the billing dept.

I'm in my mid-40's and recently had all four wisdom teeth extracted. I'd read that the risk of complications for someone my age was much higher than for a younger person, so Dr. Kienle took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. Fast forward to two weeks later and I've had zero complications. The process was completely painless (I was asleep) and recovery has been much easier than I'd anticipated. Dr. Kienle has great bedside manner and made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. Kienle was awesome with my child. He has a great bedside manner and made myself and my child feel at ease. My son has more oral surgery needs in the future and I definitely will be taking him back to Dr. Kienle.

Dr. Kienle was wonderful. I highly recommend him. Unfortunately I needed several emergency extractions and he was so accomodating. I had an appointment the same day each time.

Dr. Kienle is one of the most compassionate, caring physicians I have ever. I have had several surgeries with him and absolutely no complications. He has done extractions for me and implants, which turned out absolutely perfect. I send all of my family and friends to his practice for Oral Surgery. I feel indebted to him for restoring my teeth. Losing my front tooth was one of the most horrible experiences in my life and Dr. Kienle was just so empathetic and an expert surgeon.
