Dr. Mark Kutcher, MD

At first I felt as though Dr. Kutcher wasn't really listening to me. After our second appointment though I realized he does listen and he was much more personable. He is now the best psychiatrist I have seen, both caring and intelligent. If you ask questions he will answer both scientifically and in layman's terms. He helped me push my primary for a referral and has been extremely helpful. Highly recommend him, do not be put off if he seems to cut you off at first.

If I could give negative stars for Dr. Kutcher, I would; I had a horrible experience with him. He was dismissive, condescending, and treated every answer I gave him as if it was the wrong one, moving on to the next question with an air of disdain. He also repeatedly asked for the same information, wasting time. I initially thought the problem lay with me, but 15 minutes into the hour-long evaluation it was clear that his communication style was the issue: totally off key, closed, & even harmful.
