Dr. Mark Kutner, MD

You sentFrustrated with Dr. Kutner and his staff. My mother was his patient for many years but has since relocated and no longer has transportation to his office. I called every day last week asking him to please refer her to someone in close proximity to where she currently resides. The staff kept making excuses telling me he had emergencies or they couldn't find the paper it was written on. My mother was hospitalized and released 2 weeks ago and NEEDS to be seen by a doctor to follow up.

Staff and office is horrible. I won’t go back here. They fired my PCP after she had a baby and I was only going to that office because of her. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Dr Kutner has been our family physician for 30+ years. he has gotten me through countless Asthma attacks and other health crisis. He is simply amazing!

The front office staff is Awful! They get things wrong, they keep you on hold with no regard. They place me on hold extensively; not once saying this may take some time, can we call you back. Test results they miss items that were ordered. Dr. Kutner nor the PA calls you back. But instead, the assistant nurse calls you with test results and when you question something or need advice, tells you. You will need to call back and talk to the doctor. This is not a one-time event; decided to find another doctor.

Dr. Kutner is great! He is always helpful and kind. His staff is welcoming and courteous. It's a breeze getting in contact with the office and scheduling an appointment.

Dr. Kutner has been treating my 90+ mother for years... he is an excellent physician with great compassion for his patients. He is current in his field and relates well with his patients.... willing to go the extra mile to help his patient get the best treatment they need. The front desk staff has always been helpful and courteous, they are awesome! Great job, guys! We are so happy to have found Dr. Kutner and his staff

I have been going to Dr. Kutner for years. I have always been treated very well and he has diagnosed me correctly each time I went to his office. He has followed up with me to make sure that the medication he prescribed was working properly. My husband who was a physician was taken care of by Dr. Kutner also. He is the one who recommended me to Dr. Kutner because he was so well taken care of by him.
