For a visit about hair loss that was billed for $292, I was in there for less than five minutes. He didn't ask about my medical history, diet, or medications, did not look at my hair, and made it abundantly clear that he felt I was wasting his valuable time. Most likely there is not much I can do about my hair loss, but given that I was referred to him as a specialist, I was taken aback by the scope of the 'consultation' and would not recommend him to anyone that I care about.

Dr. Logan is a low key and relaxed person who put me at ease with and effectively treated my skin condition. His low drama demeanor could be interpreted by some patients as indifference but that is not correct. He's a dermatologist, not a comedian. I liked Dr Logan and feel that I received great care from him and his staff.

Before visiting I saw the one ?? reviews. I learned long ago to judge for myself. He was friendly and appeared knowledgeable about my problem and the new medication now available. His staff was friendly and professional. I am very happy he will be my doctor.

Impersonal, and did not spend any time looking at my skin! Cursory. No curiosity about my problem. Used cryotherapy only after I let him know I was being followed for precancerous lesions by another doctor

Extremely poor communicator and acts as if the patient is imagining his problem. Worst medical professional I've ever met/seen. Waste of time!

In three visits Logan's interest in my several skin cancers is cursory at best. Never did a new patient scan - just asked what I was there for. I have a history of melanoma but Logan seemed bored and uninterested. He seems miserable in his profession. Avoid this guy.

He treated a problem that had reappeared after visit to a different doctor. He was very quick and efficient and recommended a follow up in six months. Friendly, not overbearing. Staff was excellent.

Misdiagnosed my alopecia. Terrible bedside manner. Avoid at all costs. Plenty of better dermatologists in Santa Barbara.

This guy should find a job he likes better. Seemed like he was bored even walking in the door. I was mealy another face walking through his office, not a patient. Went in for yearly skin check up. Told me I was fine. Good to hear, but would not go back. At least act like you want to talk to me. Im paying for it. Just another in a long line of below average physicians who can do as little as possible?.Sad

Dr. Logan does know his field well, however when it comes to patient interaction he is lacking. My visits with him have been less than 15 minutes, and this is after waiting 30-45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I try and best explain what is going on, but he jumps to the first diagnosis that comes to his mind and writes off a prescription. I do not fill them because I feel like I was improperly diagnosed and treated.

After waiting for 45 minutes (waiting room + exam room), Dr. Logan came into the exam room and didn't look up from his paper right away and then when he did, he didn't bother asking my name. The entire appointment was about 5-8 minutes long and the entire time it felt as if he didn't have time for me, and was trying to get out the door to something more important. He treated my questions and concerns dismissively and I felt not listened too and extremely frustrated. Don't plan to see him again.
