Dr. Mark Minot, MD

Best doctor I've ever had. He takes time to explain things clearly.

I've been very fortunate over the years to have had many wonderful and caring primary care physicians in Northern California. I've been coming to the desert in the winter for more than ten years. However, I moved to Palm Desert full time last year. Dr. Minot has been my primary care physician. He is an exceptional man as well as the finest overall primary care doctor that I have had in my nearly 80 years. He is caring, focuses on improving ones health issues, excellent at followup, listens to patients and is a problem solver. I have the utmost confidence in Dr. Minot. His staff has also been terrific.

I am disgusted with the staff who do not return phone calls. Dr. Minot is wonderful, but the staff not so much.

Love the doctor but his office staff is deplorable. They never return phone messages and don't seem to care if it's an urgent matter or not. After not getting anywhere with the staff to see the doctor this week, we had to go there and demand my mother's medical information and most recent lab work to take to urgent care. Shame on that staff for treating a 90 year old woman like that! I hope the doctor realizes how uncaring his staff is.
