Illinois foot and ankle is the worst medical facility we have ever dealt with. It was determined that my husband needed an orthotic. So after trying to schedule an appointment because they have no appointments on Saturdays or evenings he had to take a day off work to have orthotic mold made. 6 weeks later we still had no word if the orthotic was ready. I also asked for a breakout of costs which they never did provide. He paid $300 towards the orthotic way back in March. I called there end of July and they told me it was going to be 8 to 12 weeks. Still no breakdown of costs. I called there today and come to find out the orthotic has been there and they didn't call because they say we still owe $100! They checked his insurance 1 month ago and said that he hasn't met his deductible so we cannot get the orthotic till we pay the money. He had surgery and has already met his deductible. So basically they're holding the orthotic hostage. You can't pay a bill that you don't know exists.

Very unfortunate. Was referred to Dr Mondul, had a pleasant initial appointment & was directed to get an MRI. Scheduled MRI immediately & never heard back from him for a follow up. I called his office 3x and still never received a follow up. Not only am I paying an obscene amount for MRI but I never received any care for my injury.

Dr. Mondul and his staff have always taken exceptional care of me!

When I have a appt. his staff very friendly and the Doctor goes over a above the call makes me feel relaxed
