Misdiagnosed me plus very rude
Dr. Moss not only failed to diagnose me with an immune deficiency (famous last words before a string of very serious illnesses, hospitalizations, and labs proving immune deficiency—diagnosed properly by another immunologist) were “I know you *think* you’re sick, but you’re not.” Unbelievably arrogant bedtime manner for someone who was flat out wrong.

From the staff, to the nurses, to Dr. Moss himself, they are all extremely helpful, kind, and caring. Even with my rare and highly difficult medical condition they made sure I was completely taken care of and on track. It is clear that they take whatever time is needed and proceed with any actions that are required to help their patients. I’ve seen many doctors. I am very lucky to have found Dr. Moss. I would recommend him to anyone.

My daughter has seen Dr. Moss since she was 5. She is now 21. She has several food allergies and asthma. He has been amazing. He truly cares. I have great appreciation for all he has done for her. He has provided excellent care.

I felt that Dr. Moss wanted to have the appearance of listening to me without actually listening. The result was a frustrating mix of my correcting him on the health history he claimed to have read, and him continuing to insist that he knew what he was saying.

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Moss?
I tried going back to Dr. Moss after what was an unpleasant experience when I was told I did not have allergies. Later I was diagnosed with anaphylaxis. I was sent back to him because I was told he was an expert in my disorder and a co-occurring disorder that is common. It was a lie because he had patients with both disorders but was not diagnosing any of them. Was not interested in the research or new information and also unresponsive to messages. Huge waste of time.
