Beware, this is a money trap… I was referred to this specialist by my primary care doctor, based on him being in-network to treat me. I scheduled an appointment and confirmed with the person on the phone he was in-network. I waited a month for my appointment and went for treatment and paid my specialist co-pay. It was a consultation, where he decided I need an endoscopy procedure and wanted me to schedule that for the next week. Except, I was then told by the office that it was out-of-network because he does the procedure in the same building but that part of the building is called the New Smyrna Beach Ambulatory Care Center and that is not covered by my insurance. $800 for an endoscopy, but if it was in-network it would only be $200! I asked if he would perform the procedure somewhere in-network since he is an in-network doctor, no! He only performs procedures at this facility, which I should mention is his facility that he 100% owns and profits off of. No referral either.

Excellent. Dr Nagrani found evidence of throat cancer and we were scheduled to see 2 oncologists as soon as they could see us. I went thru chemotherapy and radiation treatments for approximately 4 months and was declared clean at the time. I can never thank him enough for the treatment and caring staff.
