Good experience
I notice that many of reviews are several years old. I've been with this practice for about 2 years. Everyone that I've come into contact with is pleasant.Call backs are prompt and I feel free to ask any questions. I've never felt rushed. The nurses have run interference when I'm having difficulty reaching/getting feedback from a specialist. I feel like they have my back. I love this practice!

This is an absolutely awful practice. My husbands prescriptions were NEVER called in on time and he often went DAYS without very important medication. The office staff is unorganized and often times, requests and messages just get lost among them and nothing ever happens. We will be finding another primary care doctor immediately. DO NOT GO TO THEM if you expect to need any prescriptions ever.

The Doctor, PA’s and staff are all pleasant. They made me feel respected and at ease. All of them spent plenty of time with me, answered all my questions, and respected my holistic approach and needs with a fun sense of humor. Dr. Oldendorf is a vegan! When I call they get back to me right away. They also have their own urgent care.

Well I went here for flu like symptoms on thursday of this week and after waiting an hour plus to see the dr I was told told I was going to be put on z pak ....ok fine but when i called my pharmacy after i got home.....i live an hour away btw..i was shocked that no script was sent. 24 hours later and 4 phone calls to this office with 3 different stories about the status of my script i still have no medication. People are dying from this and these clowns cant even send a script. Do not go here.

Dr. Oldendorf’s practice is no longer allowed by BC/BS to accept Medicare Blue Cross Advantage, as per a letter from Oldendorf’s office to me of 1/25/17, which dropped me from the practice. I called Oldendorf’s, and was touched by their lack of concern. (Am in midst of being evaluated for Parkinson’s.) Blue Cross when contacted, would neither confirm nor deny OMS’ assertion in its letter to me. My wife's on the same plan as mine and is still an OMS patient, something OMS couldn't explain.

My family and I have been with Dr. Oldendorf for decades. He is caring, professional, and down-to-earth in his explanations of medical concerns and treatment options. He listens carefully to my concerns and does not make me feel rushed. The others in his practice, from doctors to receptionists are similarly professional and courteous.

Can't get a sick visit to save your life. I've been to urgent care because they didn't have any appointments. 3 days later still trying for an appt because I'm worse and still no appt. back to urgent care or maybe ER. Quality of care has gone downhill completely.
