Well I like the doctor prior to him joining panoramic orthopedics once he did I could no longer get in touch with him I left around eight messages and never got one return call or anything. Was trying to make appointments over and over with him but no one would ever call back to schedule. On top of that his only option was always just surgery.

So Impressed and grateful
The care we received from Dr Mark Robinson and Cole Nielson, PA has been incredible. They have taken so much time in diagnosing the condition, providing education, answering questions, clarifying expectations, and so much more. We have never felt rushed and the entire process from scheduling, surgery day, hospitalization, and post surgery care has been top notch. The experience was professional, facilities are new, clean and comfortable, and communication is excellent. Best of all, the very scary surgery has had a good outcome.

Admin staff are rude & condescending
I never got as far as getting an appointment with Dr. Robinson, as I have had a very negative experience even trying to get an appointment with him! His office almost never answers the phone. Then you leave a vm and they call you back anywhere from several days later to over a week. The administrative assistant I spoke with was very rude and condescending. I was never able to get an appointment and frankly, it's probably just as well, since they seem to not be patient-focused in their care and the short interactions I did have gave me a truly negative feeling. Maybe Dr. Robinson is great, but I would strongly encourage anyone to look elsewhere, as his office staff clearly don’t care about patients and treat potential patients so disrespectfully.

I have a genetic tumor disorder that caused me to have two spinal surgeries with two different doctors (neither was Dr. Robinson). My second surgery began a years-long process of decline that found me on the edge of not being able to carry out some of the basic functions that I took for granted for so many years. I was in pain to the point to where I thought my life was never going to be back to normal. Then I was fortunate enough to meet Dr. Robinson. Most importantly, he believed me when I said how much pain I was in. After multiple pain management attempts (RFA, etc.), we agreed to schedule my spinal fusion (T9-L3). As crazy as it sounds, I woke up after the surgery and knew I had a chance to have my life back. The recovery was much less difficult than I imagined, and I am now more mobile than I ever dreamed before the surgery. I only wish I had met Dr. Robinson sooner. He is a gifted and kind surgeon. Thank you, Dr. Robinson; truthfully, not a day goes by where I'm not grateful.

My spinal fusion
May 2019 Dr Robinson did a 3 Lumbar spinal fusion, he was plenty friendly before surgery but after he refused to talk about my surgery. My blood pressure bottom out during surgery. Which 12 minutes of no bLood pressure was recorded on my records. In recovery all he asked was am I all right. My blood pressure still low 56/38 and nurse is giving me all sorts of things .So Dr refused to talk about it . His post operative care was awful. He would inappropriately smart off with me, when I asked questions about my painful symptoms or my immense thigh swelling that started a month after surgery. He wouldn’t let his P.A. Answer any questions either. He made his money offme and was thru. This guy is awful, now three years out I have two lose screws in my L-5 and the wires are bent along the fusion. But there is no fusion in the what was suppose to be fused. Then he put in a cadaver cage that I never approved of. He told me pre op that he would use my own bone because there would be plenty .

Very disappointed in the interaction with this doctor. As a caregiver of a family member with very rare conditions, I could not believe how poorly this doctor treated my family member. He completely gaslit her, made comments that were unnecessary, and said things were not possible that she has previously experienced (based on another neurosurgeon’s diagnosis). If you have a basic condition or situation, he may be fine. But if you have had repeated horrible experiences from doctors ignoring and gaslighting you, I highly recommend to avoid him. Fortunately, his staff was fantastic so that’s something.

Dr Robinson performed cervical neck surgery with an artificial disc for me in C5. Went in concerned about the surgery and came out with the results better than expected. Strength was back immediately. Pain is gone. Mobility with NO lack of movement. I can’t recommend Dr Robinson and his team enough. And, very small incision which will go-away quickly in the crease of my neck! He’s the only guy i want working on my spine.

I would highly recommend Dr. Marc Robinson to anyone seeking spinal surgery. I have been pain free since my lumbar spinal fusion of December 2020. I would also like to thank Cole Nielsen, PA for a stellar job with follow up appointments. My life has returned back to normal due to the surgical expertise and guidance of these two gentlemen! Thank You!!!

After having an evaluation done at the University of Colorado by a neurosurgeon, I was so profoundly upset by his mannerisms and the fact that he wanted to do a posterior approach that I sought out another neurosurgeon. Dr Robinson was an excellent choice and my surgery went very well.

Poor communication is the most offensive practice for a medical front office staff. The doctor is great. The desk staff is not. 3 people front desk/sharing the same counter. No signs. I could never get through to make an appointment so I just went down to the office. Said I needed to set up an appointment with Dr. Robinson and they made me fill out the wrong paperwork. They weren’t even staff for Carepoint. The office front desk never greeted me when I entered the office or said ‘hi’
