He was very impersonal, acted like I was wasting his time. Ended up making me feel like I have a drug problem when that is the farthest from the truth. Nurses havent returned my calls(2 times) and its been 3 weeks since I placed the last call. They say managing pain is what they strive to do but in all honesty they make you suffer for long periods of time if not forever.

What could be improved

  • Didn't listen or answer questions
