Five stars
My mother was very ill and was rushed to the hospital. We were very concerned, but Dr. Shapiro calmly reassured us with his professionalism and kind demeanor. I wanted to thank him for allowing my mother to have the surgery (she's in her late eighties). We felt much better knowing such an experienced and knowledgeable doctor was taking care of her. We trust Dr. Shapiro and his expertise and totally recommend him.

The visit went smoothly. Dr. Shapiro spent time with me during the visit discussing my diagnosis and going over my options. He is very knowledgeable. Dr. Shapiro also showed a lot of empathy towards me. I am very happy to be under his care.

Doctor Shapiro caused unusual pain for me during the procedure I believe because he was in a "hurry to attend a conference" as he explained twice to his staff.
