Dr. Mark Sherman, MD

Dr Sherman is good dr but his office personal could do better the techs wear long acrylic nails they have no sinks in the rooms where these techs can wash there hands no gloves these techs do touch your face and eyes and with the COVID-19 out there it would seem they would be more concerned that is very sad when there is a good dr but staff from reception to techs and clinic manager need more training they bring down the office in total.I cannot complain about the surgery clinic the staff is very good no long fingernails washed hands and used gloves.But the clinic on 50th needs a lot of help in customer service.

I've had multiple exams with Dr. Sherman and have been very pleased. He takes the time to talk through any questions that I have and is very knowledgeable and personable. He has made obtaining a new contact prescription painless and I would not hesitate to see him for any other eye related issues. His office is also very clean and the staff is friendly and professional.

Dr. Sherman was very professional and timely. He was also very personable making it an easy visit. The staff at the front desk were also very helpful and polite.

Dr. Sherman was professional, prompt and courteous. I hadn't had an eye exam in several years and West Texas Eye made it easy. After a comprehensive check, I had a new prescription for contacts and was out the door. Highly recommend!
