He's been my oncologist for almost two years (prostate cancer). Very professional, quite amiable and succinct in explaining the medical information. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to people who require a darn good oncologist.

Dr. Stein gave me hope
Dr. Stein not just treated me physically but he gave me hope and cared for me as a family member.I was diagnosed with stage 4 Prostate Cancer. I came to see Dr. Stein for a 2nd opinion and continued my treatment with Dr. Stein. Now, my PSA is 0 (Not detectable) and I am grateful to Dr. Stein for helping me out.At start of my diagnosis, I was slipping into depression. Every time my thoughts of shortened life came in, I replayed Dr. Stein words in my mind to give me hope. Dr. Stein words repeatedly pulled me out from going deeper into depression.During my treatment, my liver enzymes went up and I needed to stop Chemo. Dr Stein was so worried about me and tried to reach out to liver specialists for their opinion. Dr. Stein treated me like family!

I have no words that will ever do justice to express how amazing Dr. Stein is! I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Testicular Cancer back a year ago, which automatically classified as extremely high risk. Despite the poor prognosis while also dealing with a global pandemic, Dr. Stein maintained a calm and positive demeanor. He treated me like a human being, instead of treating me like another case as so many Doctors do. Most importantly, he never lost faith in me. He was able to formulate the perfect chemotherapy regimen that cured me of my Cancer while minimizing toxicity and damage to my body. I owe my life to this man and I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who dealing with any genitourinary cancers.

Dr. Stein is the standard all doctors should aspire to be. He is at the forefront of the cancers he treats and on a more human level is beyond compare. It is obvious that he was raised to be companionate and loving to all people and for that I am grateful to the people who raised him. It is with the greatest gratitude of his care that I give this review. I live outside of NYC and traveled to be treated by him. It wasn’t easy during a global pandemic but together we treated my bladder cancer. I was in very capable and loving hands. If you or a loved one are looking for an oncologist in this field do not hesitate to meet with him. Lorriann Hartwick

Dr. Stein is wonderful. I came to him filled with fear. My cancer was not treatable with chemo or radiation. He suggested I try an immunotherapy treatment followed by surgery. All went well, very well. He is innovative, professional and compassionate. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Stein is an extraordinary, caring doctor and, more importantly, a deeply warm and compassionate human being. My father has been under Dr. Stein’s care for about a year. He first came to him with a host of problems. My father is elderly and frail yet Dr. Stein is doing everything in his power to improve his quality of life. He spends a great deal of time talking with his patients and really makes that human connection, a trait which is oftentimes lost in medical care. Though that may make him run a little late sometimes, I wouldn’t trade that amazing communication and commitment from this doctor for anything. Nor should you.

Dr, Stein is an excellent Doctor. Definitely above his peers. He is a very kind and caring Doctor with an excellent knowledge of cancer. My experience is that he tries so hard for his patients. If he can't do it, it's because it can't be done. Cancer is a very difficult illness and some people are just to weak or too far advanced and not much can be done. Dr. Stein does everything possible for his patients. I have been very pleased with everything and I would very highly recommend him.
