Dr. Mark Supan, MD

I saw Dr. Supan for an IUD and the entire process was disappointing. I was sent for an ultrasound ($) but when the results came back, no one ever called me. After literally months of chasing him down, a receptionist told me that I would have to come in ($) to receive results and that I may need a biopsy ($). I was scared and confused about why a receptionist would tell me I may need a biopsy ($) when the care team hadn’t even reviewed my results according to the MyChart app. I finally reached Dr. Supan after threatening to leave and he told me everything was fine. When I went to have the IUD placed, he told me that I should have a biopsy ($). He never explained why (other than you’re 45). That was May 22. I saw the app update with results for review, but as of Aug 16 he still hasn’t reviewed them or contacted me after months of calls and messages. I had to have my PCP go in to view them to tell me I didn’t have cancer. Don’t waste your time, money or stress. Find a different doctor.
