Dr. Mark Testa, DO

I would give him and his staff no stars. The staff is unprofessional. He provide in house lab testing, however, expect to spend sll morning waiting to get tested. The lab results are generally incomplete. They may or may not take your blood pressure. If it not on his lap top, then he does not talk about it. He does not provide you with care that fit your needs

Dr. Testa and the girls were fabulous! I was a previous patient of his, about ten years ago. It is a very busy office, because he is so thorough. I am so happy to be back with him! The girls are great and very busy! Thank you for all that you do! I appreciate it!

I have never wrote a review about any doctor, however I am so angry right now... he took over Dr Joseph Cavallero Family Practice . I called him on a weekend when I had covid.. NO ANSWERING SERVICE.. I left a detailed message I had been very sick for a day and thought it was 'Covid... again, no answering service... Monday, my husband was admitted to the hospital for Covid, my 96 year old mother on hospice tested positive.. no call back Monday, I called the office on Tuesday, was told the doctor would call the covid med in asap, the office was opened till 5pm. Called the pharmacy no meds were ordered.. called the office. sorry Dr is seeing patients. would be there shortly we are opened to 5pm.. 4:45 called the office back.. closed for the day.. This is not the practice it was.. all of Dr Cavallero;'s patients good luck if you decide to stay..

Does not like to be questioned. Hangs up on you. Does not respect patient rights or patient choice.

I was a patient of his about 20 years ago and the only reason why I had left him was because I moved and now that I’m back I’m so excited that he’s accepting new patients people don’t understand him he’s a doctor that don’t play around he gets to the point,

Dr. Testa is a conscientious and dedicated physician with the qualities of kindness, compassion and empathy. There is no difficulty contacting his office and his staff is top quality. Being one of his patients is a blessing in my life.

He told me I had a neurological disease - he is not qualified to do this, and he was wrong. He ambushed me with blood tests I had not asked for, and had not fasted for. He did not even try to determine the cause of a complaint I had - extreme, sudden, foot pain - but gave me a scrip for an MRI.
