Genuinely perceptive person
Dr. Mark Thomas met me at my very worst November 2023. Though I don’t remember many details of my emergency room visit, I later recognized how well I was taken care of with the dignity and wisdom every patient deserves. Dr. Thomas took the time to explain the procedural options to myself and my worried family. Additionally I was diagnosed with a significant non life threatening shoulder injury. Dr. Thomas immediately met with the orthopedic surgeon to inquire the least impeding position for my arm while completing the urgently needed skin graphs. It is now 15 months later and Dr. Thomas continues to be a humble, respectful, and knowledgeable surgeon. Some medical professionals will arrogantly treat patients with very little human connection; just one more patient or body rather than an individual. Dr. Thomas is one of the good surgeons a person could see themselves being friends with under different circumstances. The entire burn-unit is much the same to Dr. Thomas. Thank you…

Very poor, once again I was lied to again by Dr Thomas saying he would address my inflammation issues then a new doctor calls me and him a liar.
