He lies is #1! Tell you one thing, write something else. I finally recored a visit, as he also denies what he says. Bad news! Stay away! Doesn't care about patients.

should not be practicing, came into his office when he worked at the Show Low VA clinic for withdrawals from getting off Methodone of my own accord due to a service related injury. I've never been more humiliated in my life! was told to come in by staff, and they could get me in between patients and that he would see me. I came in and he refused to see me. If you've ever gone through these withdrawals you'd know how painful it is I felt so helpless....would love 5 mins alone with this psychopath

In my opinion he does not care about the patient nor does he follow through. It would be nice if he would show up to work.
