He's been my primary ENT doctor since I was 3yrs old. (17years I've been going to him) I've had nothing but great experiences with him. He's a great communicator, very helpful. Always feel heard and he has had good recommendations as well. Their team is very nice as well. He does have some weird hours but I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This was the best doctor I have ever had. He was fun and he is amazing at his job. About the only doctor who has helped my problems

It’s taken me a long time to write this review because I have been so angry, but I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. Dr. Voss’s unwillingness to listen to his patients or the multidisciplinary team is what led him to make several negligent decisions that have caused significant damage surgically that needed to be repaired by a different surgeon. He is always late, doesn’t return calls, and most importantly, does not listen. Save yourself the heartbreak and choose a different physician.

Dr. Voss provided excellent care for my father. He even followed up with other physicians to ensure my father's questions (unrelated to ENT) were completely answered. Dr. Voss is very caring and never rushed.

My daughter had complications following a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. He basically told us she was crazy and refused to attempt to help us.

Very professional, very knowledgeable, takes his job very seriously. The only ENT phys. we fully trust with our whole family. We've been seeing him at least 6 years now.

Dr. Voss performed surgery on my nose and sinus area after a fall. I was very pleased with his work and with his manner. He's been very responsive when I've had questions or concerns.

Dr. Voss saw my girlfriend's daughter. She is a single mother of two. Dr. Voss walked into the room, and said that there was a lot of commotion in this room, and told my girlfriend to quiet them down and get them under control. He has no place to tell her to get them under control. They are two and three years old. She is a single mother. You should be ashamed as a profession that you did not handle that better.
