Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Probably one of the rudest Dr’s we’ve ever encountered. He’s arrogant, he doesn’t like for you to ask any questions. Us knowing my Mom was in his care for the weekend until another Dr came back on & we could request a change was very scary for us. When Monday came & we got Dr Wallace it was the biggest relief.

He takes the time to convey clearly the patient's condition and any procedures to be undertaken. Following surgery he shows his concern that all went well.

Dr. Yockey made me feel very comfortable. I was super nervous about my cystoscopy but he was so professional and clearly knew what he was doing. It was seamless. He found a polyp in my bladder and I’m glad he’ll be removing it for me soon.

Dr Yockey has been my urologist for 3 years. I drive 50 minutes each way to see him because he (and his staff) are worth it! I have never waited longer than 30 minutes to see him. His employees are exceptional. I accidently went in at 11:30.... but found out my appt was actually for 1:30! They got me in before lunch break!! I see Dr Yockey for Bladder Botox and it has been one of the best procedures I have ever done. Dr Yockey is caring, compationate and skilled. FIVE STARS!

I would not recommend Yockey to anyone. During the initial appointments, the wait was up to two hours. I did not meet him he day of my surgery when he seemed too busy to answer my questions & had ZERO bedside manner. Less than a week after my surgery, I had a massive allergic reaction to a medication he incorrectly gave me and he was no help at all in fixing the problem, which led me to a week in the hospital. He has been completely unhelpful since. Rescheduled 4 appts because he's "busy".

My husband was seen by this doctor for a routine visit. His PSA level was off so he was scheduled for a biopsy in May 2016 and ended up in the hospital the next day, for 5 days in a row with sepsis. The doctor did not come to see him for two days. We knew there is always a risk when you have this type of procedure done, but to not respond to a patient within a day was very upsetting to me, especially when I realized how critical my husband's condition was.

Here I am again waiting 1 hour and 5 minutes just to get called into a room, then still have to wait. It is very frustrating when this office thinks my time is worthless. I am sorry but you are money hungry when scheduling appointments so close together and having patents wait so long to be seen. I will be changing offices asap.
